The Lady Lunas avenged their early season loss to Maui High with a 43-41 win on Maui High's Senior Night. The Lunas were led by Ledjan Pahukoa with 16 points, including 4 3-pointers (one in each quarter). Sophomore Tavina Harris came up big with 15 points, including 11 in the first half and the go-ahead basket with 30 seconds left in the game on a designed play after a time out with the score tied at 41 apiece. Taylor Eldredge added 8 points. A rescheduling of their earlier game that was postponed due to COVID protocols will be required to determine the MIL regular season champion and an automatic berth to the State tournament (assuming both teams win out their remaining MIL games).
