Lahainaluna boys - all 4 of them (Jared Gaastra, Kainoa Altier, Kerek Franz, Cooper Carroll) - finished 2nd overall in team standings. Jared Gaastra won the 200 Freestyle and 500 Freestyle. The boys relay team won the 200 Freestyle Relay (1:36:25) and dominated the 400 Freestyle Relay (3:46.75; 2nd place was almost a minute later at 4:37.21). Lahainaluna girls finished a close 3rd. Sydney Wagner had the fastest time in the 50m Freestyle (26:20) and was 2nd in the 100m Freestyle. Eva Olson won the 500 Freestyle by 42 seconds. Next meet is the MIL Championships on Friday and Saturday! Come out and celebrate the Seniors!
