Shots from a HHSAA playoff game between Lahainaluna and AIea at Aiea High School. I think the Lunas were the higher seed but somehow had to play a first round game at Aiea. I forget.
I've posted shots from this game before, but only a few. I decided to re-visit this game and utliize modern technology to brighten up and add some life to some otherwise dark and dreary images shot on a Nikon D90 and Sigma 70-200. The field conditions and the lighting at Aiea were FAR from optimal.
Anyways, I remember sneaking around the periphery of the field, taking shots when I could until someone would tell me I couldn't and kick me out lol. I remember having a roll on Onion Hopia in my pocket from Nanding's Bakery in Kalihi to give me sustenance if I got hungry during the game.
