Action from Lahaina girls softball game against the Maui Titans at Central Maui Regional Sports Complex, April 3, 2021. Got to test out my Pocket Wizard remote triggers with a Nikon D3 and a Nikon 28-300mm mounted on a Platypod monopod plate behind home plate looking down the 3rd base line. I pre-focused the lens on an area around homeplate, looking to get shots of right handed batters and plays at the plate. unfortunately, I used the pre-release trigger cable incorrectly and only fired off a few actual shots the entire game. Reminder to self: dont forget to sync the date and times of the two cameras.
