Mahalo to the Kamehameha Schools Kapalama incoming 6th graders who returned to Maui for an encore performance of their tribute to Lahaina entitled "Ka Malu 'Ulu O Lele," which they initially performed as 5th Graders back in the spring of this year. Impressive performances and story-telling, especially considering the students researched and created the play under the guidance of their teachers. All I can say is the future of Hawaii is in good hands with the youth of today. Mahalo!
[Initially I sat in the front row corner to get unobstructed shots and close-ups, but retreated to the top row of the auditorium to get full stage shots to try to better capture the essence of their performances. Nikon Z9, Nikon Z 70-200mm f/2.8, Nikon Z 28-75mm f/2.8]
