On a rainy, wet, muggy, moth-filled night, the Lunas clinched the 2nd Round Division II title with a grinding 14-0 win over an inspired King Kekaulike team celebrating their homecoming and school's 20th anniversary in existence. The Lunas will take on Kamehameha Schools Maui on October 31 at War Memorial Stadium for the overall Division II championship and a ticket to the HHSAA playoffs. With the upcoming bye week, the Lunas hope to get some key players healthy for a playoff run.
