Shots from the latter innings of Lahainaluna's 8-20 loss to King Kekaulike. This time, I wasn't a jinx. By the time I arrived at the stadium after finishing work, the Lunas were down 11-0 in the bottom of the 4th inning. The MIL security guy at the gate joked that I better hurry and get photos before the game was called due to the 10-run mercy rule. However, when I got down to the Lunas' dugout, they had loaded the bases and the King K pitcher couldn't find the strike zone, walking in run after run. By the time the dust settled, the Lunas scored 8 runs to come within 3. Best of all, I didn't have to worry about the game being called early. Unfortunately, the Lunas couldn't keep the momentum going, eventually losing the game 8-20. [Nikon Z9, Nikon Z 180-600mm f/5.6-6.3]
