Not sports-related, but definitely Lahaina community-related. I had the privilege of helping take photos at the Read Across America event held at Princess Nahienaena Elementary school in Lahaina. Community leaders, business members, local TV/media talent, and West Maui's first responders (police/fire/EMT's, including some alum from the school) volunteered their time for this special event promoting the importance of reading to the young students. SideNote: This was my first time EVER on this campus. Last time I was here, it was a cane field . . . and a different century lol.
