Action from Lahainaluna's 66-65 overtime win at King Kekaulike. The Lunas overcame a halftime deficit of 17 points with a furious 3rd quarter rally, outscoring Na Alii 27-9 to take a 46-45 lead going into the final quarter. But the Lunas top leading scorers and big men Jacques Djurberg and Teva Loft were fouled out early in the 4th quarter, leaving a young and inexperienced group of Lunas to try to hold on to the lead. The Lunas never relinquished the lead, but Na Alii hit a baseline jumper in the final minute left to tie up the game and force overtime. The Lunas held on for the win. The Lunas were led by a balanced attack, different heroes along the way. The 3rd quarter rally was paced by Jayah Bayol and Djurberg with 9 points each, and Loft with 6. After Djurberg and Loft fouled out, Trey Nava hit 3 huge treys in the 4th quarter to hold off the Na Alii, then Kailikea McCabe led the Lunas with 5 points in OT.
